What this website holds about you, why, who else sees it and how to have it removed.
What we hold
What you type into an enquiry: your name, how to reach you, the dates and the party you asked about, and anything else you chose to tell us. Nothing more is collected about you by this website than what you send it and the ordinary server records every website keeps.
Why we hold it
To answer you, to price what you asked for, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone who is not part of answering you.
Who else sees it
The supplier of whatever you asked about needs to know the dates, the party and the requirements in order to quote. Payment, email and messaging are handled by named service providers. Anyone else is asked first.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that never became a booking is kept while it is still live and then deleted. A booking is kept as long as the law that applies to the contract requires.
Your say over it
Ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we do it. Write to the address on the contact page. This is a plain statement of practice, not legal advice: the operator replaces it with the notice their own lawyer approves.
